Matthew Hirsch

Managing Director & Head of Capital Markets

Mr. Hirsch is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at LM Real Estate Partners. Mr. Hirsch leads equity formation and debt placements, driving the continued growth and scaling of the LM platform. Prior to LM, Mr. Hirsch was Managing Director of Structured Capital Markets at Citymark Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm and fund manager, where he was responsible for credit investments, capital markets, and fund-level structuring. Mr. Hirsch was also a senior member of the capital advisory teams at CBRE and Greystone & Co., originating and placing more than $8 billion of financing across debt and equity. Mr. Hirsch’s early experience includes positions at fund and investment managers in New York. Mr. Hirsch holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
