John Livanos

Principal

Mr. Livanos is a co-founder and Principal of LM Real Estate Partners. Mr. Livanos focuses on all aspects of sourcing, managing, and leasing LM investments. Mr. Livanos was a Vice President at CPG Real Estate where he was responsible for acquisitions, loan restructuring, asset management and ground-up development across various real estate asset property types. Prior to joining CPG, Mr. Livanos was an Associate at Gramercy Capital where he was responsible for underwriting and analyzing fixed income opportunities including Bridge and Mezzanine real estate loans, CMBS securities, and legacy CRE CDO bonds. Mr Livanos was also responsible for the restructuring of over $2 billion in bridge and mezzanine loans. Mr. Livanos graduated with honors from Lafayette College with a BA in Economics & Business.
