Mr. McGovern is an Associate at LM Real Estate Partners responsible for underwriting and asset management of LM’s real estate portfolio. Mr. McGovern was formerly a Financial Analyst in JLL’s Investment Sales Group where he was involved in every stage of JLL’s sales process, which included underwriting a wide variety of real estate investments, market analysis, and preparation of offering memorandums. Connor holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
