LM currently employs three full time property managers responsible for each of their respective regions including Raleigh, NC, New York/New Jersey, and Fairfield County, CT. LM’s property managers provide direct and careful oversight to each investment with responsibilities that include all aspects of tenant acquisition / marketing, oversight of tenant improvement projects, maintenance critical building structures, implementation of accretive capital projects, maintenance of common areas, and on-the-ground execution of the LM business plan.
