John Livanos heads LM’s asset management operation which is responsible for rent collection, construction management, overseeing its three property managers, leasing, and the execution of each property’s business plan. LM has hired a full-time analyst in its New York City office to assist in asset management of the portfolio, specifically focusing on its fund management business.
